Reasonably priced hotel in a tourist area close enough to the main Gran Via as well as museums, galleries, shops, restaurants and bars. Favourable and fantastic location, within a close distance from a huge plaza. Excellent co-operating, efficient staff especially on the reception desk, day and night. Great breakfast, superb food.

It is very well located, the rooms are very comfortable, the staff is very helpful and friendly
They don't have wifi... If you want to use their computers for having internet access, it is very expensive
